Thanks to the volunteers from the Presbyterian Church and our regulars! Saturday morning we prepared and delivered 275 fresh meals of a yummy Persian stew with Sumac sauce, a Pinterest-Worthy fall salad, fruit, and rice.

"Eggman Mike" was back with some unusual looking eggs for our food boxes.

Speaking of being back, we're grateful that Matthew J Brown is back from his sabbatical.

Thanks to our abundance of volunteers for making and deliveeing over 275 meals to the hungry in our community! A fresh Harvest Salad was the star of the meal, but the rest was good, too.

Happy birthday to our "Salad Queen", Lynn Austin! Our volunteers prepared Kentucky (Colonels) fried chicken, brown butter grits, roasted potatoes, and a Pinterest-Worthy salad! A special thanks to the volunteers from Bowling Green Christian Church and City Light Church.

We occasionally have "one of those days", but everyone came together to make over 275 hot meals of beef stew on luxurious mashed potatoes, a fresh salad, and fried Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes with honey/maple/citrus dressing! (There wasn't quite melted butter dripping from the ceiling, but close!)
