Our volunteers, including those from Holy Spirit Catholic Church, prepared and delivered over 260 hot meals of Seafood ramen, Tom's sweet and spicy bean salad, a tossed salad with house-made croutons and dressing, and fried Spring Rolls!

Our volunteers make Saturday Meals happen rain or shine! Thanks especially to the volunteers from Bluegrass Supply Chain for their work this rainy morning!

Saturday's meal consisted of Pork Adobo with refried beans and chips, a Pinterest-Worthy salad featuring house made croutons and ranch dressing, and fruit salad. Our volunteers fed over 270 of our neighbors!

Happy Memorial Day weekend from the Saturday Meals family.

Saturday morning's meal was Asian-style beef and veggies, oriental slaw, and out-of-this-world homemade chocolate peanut butter brownies made with love by president Nissy Trombly!

This weeks our amazing volunteers made Chicken Jambalaya, biscuits, baked pears and a southwest salad. We also celebrated a couple of birthdays! Happy Birthday Jim and Bill!! Thank you City Life Church for volunteering with us this morning.

(12 hours!) produced ribs that literally fell off the bone! Add a Pinterest-worthy Asian-inspired salad, green bean casserole, German potato salad, and Kentucky cornbread and you have a great meal for over 270 of our neighbors!

We use only the freshest (canned) salmon for our famous salmon patties! Add some beautiful roasted veggies, a Ceasar salad, and fruit plus many great volunteers, and we were able to feed over 265 of our neighbors.
