Breastfeeding Basics

Preparing to breastfeed or looking for a little extra support? We’re here for you!

Join us for our Breastfeeding Basics Class with Toni Ashley, RN, who brings 28 years of nursing experience in neonatal intensive care, maternal care, and community education, along with 14 years as a Certified Lactation Counselor.

We’ll cover breastfeeding positions, latching, recognizing hunger cues, tracking wet and dirty diapers, and more. There will also be time to ask questions and feel more confident as you prepare for your breastfeeding journey.

The knowledge of her body every woman deserves to have.

Join us Thursday, October 22, for The Billings Ovulation Method: Knowledge of Her Body Every Woman Needs to Know, taught by Martha Winn, RN.

This class will help women better understand their menstrual cycle, recognize their body’s natural signs of fertility, and gain knowledge that can help them monitor their reproductive health.

We’re honored to welcome Martha Winn, a Teacher/Trainer of the Billings Ovulation Method® who has been certified by BOMA-USA since 2004. She serves as a Senior Teacher in the USA, chairs the BOMA-USA Education Committee, and is an Associate Director of WOOMB International. She has extensive experience teaching fertility awareness and training healthcare professionals.
