Triton Junior Miss

Scholarship. Leadership. Talent. The Junior Miss Program is full of scholarship opportunities for high school senior girls.

Since its beginning, Junior Miss has awarded young women scholarships for their academic and on-stage performances. Each contestant is judged in five categories: scholastic achievement, talent, interview, a fitness routine, and self-expression on stage. Before the show a panel of academic judges tally scores based on each contestant’s GPA, SAT scores, and level of class difficulty. Another panel o

f judges scores the other four categories. The day of the show contestants spend 10 minutes with the judges for a personal interview. The audience is able to enjoy the 90-second talents from each of the contestants, a fitness routine, and a self-expression portion which highlights the contestants’ grace under pressure. Each contestant is required to answer a question on stage while in their formal gowns.

Hey Triton Senior Girls & Parents!!!

We are looking for a few more girls to join the Triton DYW family. This is such a great scholarship program for our Triton Senior Girls with $5000 in scholarships up for grabs. Each participant will receive at minimum a $100 scholarship.

Over the last 60 years we have awarded more the $200k in scholarships. The winner of our local program will then have the opportunity to compete at the State level with the opportunity to earn even more Scholarship money.

Join us for practice tonight at 6:30 in the THS Auditorium to have all of your questions answers and see what the fun is all about.

If you weren’t able to make it to the call out meetings and are interested please feel free to join us for all the information you will need and see what it is all about!
