📘 We’re excited to launch the BSA’s first regional design guidebook, What Is Adaptive Reuse? Practical Solutions for the Cape & Islands—join us on Zoom!

This program explores how adaptive reuse can expand housing opportunities across the Cape & Islands through real-world case studies, including the Coady School Residences, Old Gay Head Parsonage, and 66 Pochick Ave House Move. We’ll look at design strategies, costs, and regulatory pathways that make these projects possible.

Perfect for property owners, designers, planners, developers, and community advocates interested in practical tools for housing production.

For more than 50 years, the BSA Foundation has worked to connect people to architecture through education, public programs, exhibitions, and civic engagement.

📣Today, we’re excited to share our new name: Architecture in Common.

While our name is changing, our mission remains the same: advancing our belief that architecture belongs to everyone and that design has the power to shape a more equitable, resilient, and connected Boston.
