Now that we've gotten our main hotels open, it's time for our next big announcement! 📣🚨

Anthro New England is proud to announce our next animal charity:
The Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue!🐴💕

The Connecticut Draft Horse Rescue (CDHR) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome draft horses in need, ensuring their lifetime protection and promoting compassionate care. They specialize in intercepting horses from abusive owners, providing intensive medical rehabilitation, hosting educational farm tours, retraining former workhorses for their next chapters in life, and more.

Anthro New England is proud to support the mission of such a dedicated and compassionate New England team. How does the opening work? Starting at 2PM ET, our Venue page will refresh with live buttons for both hotels. These buttons will unlock themselves automatically at 4PM for all who have the page open, no refresh required! You will then be able to click them at the same time as all others and book your room.

The Westin & Omni both have minimum stay requirements - this means you must stay through a selected duration depending on when you check-in. The Omni also has a non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking equal to one night of the room you select, plus tax.

For additional nights - at the Omni, you can select leading and trailing days to add at check-in. For the Westin, select them if they are available, if not, select what you can, and then call the hotel after making your booking to see if additional nights are available.

If you are looking to book at the Aloft or Element hotels, they are not opening today, we will announce when our overflow hotels will be opening at a later date, so please stay tuned!

If you requested a room at the Westin, early booking links will be arriving in your email inbox in the next few hours! There is NO rush to book your room, you will have 30 days from today to book your room.

For those who requested the Omni - due to an issue with the hotel, we are delaying the release of these booking links. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working with our partners at the Omni to have these ready as soon as possible. However, as with the Westin early-booking - you will have 30 days to book from the date we are able to send these out - so there is no rush!

It’s almost that time - time for ANE’s main hotel opening!⚠️🏨

Our main hotels open this Saturday, August 22nd at 4pm ET! We have some important info to note - so please read below! 👇👇👇

This year we have two main hotels, the Westin and the Omni! Both hotels will have programming - the Westin will still host both Main Events ballrooms, and the Outer Limits; the Omni will host the Vendor Hall! 🏨

Patrons and Donors! 📣
Your preferred room types were taken down when you registered - you will begin to receive booking links via email starting Thursday, August 20th! You do not need to rush! You will have 30 days from August 20th to book your room before that held room is returned to the block.

Vendors!🛍️
Selections will be going out in the coming weeks - we are holding the necessary number of hotel rooms for those who are accepted.

Important thing to note - the Omni requires a non-refundable first night’s deposit at the time of booking! This means when you go to book on August 22nd - you will be charged the price of one night’s stay for the room type you choose, if you book at the Omni. We apologize for any inconvenience, this is a requirement from the hotel.

Our hotel block typically sells out fast - so please be prepared and know which room type you would like to book in advance of the opening. Fear not - if you are unable to claim a room at the Westin or the Omni, we will have overflow hotels opening at a later date!
