Proud to stand with Governor Maura Healey MBTA today at the groundbreaking of a historic Project Labor Agreement to rebuild the North Station Draw One Bridge. Thousands of lives will be transformed by this Project Labor Agreement. A PLA means a young worker can buy their first home. It means a parent doesn’t have to choose between paying rent and taking their child to the doctor. It opens doors for apprentices to learn a life long skill and build a lasting career.
