🔥 For the first time in years, there’s still room for qualified solo swimmers and relays in this year's 8-mile Boston Light Swim on Tuesday, August 4th, with a slightly later than usual start at ~9 AM.

🌊☀️ Egg Rock Scramble 2025 – A Perfect Close to Summer!

Fifteen swimmers, steady kayakers, watchful boaters, and a sunny September morning made for an unforgettable loop around Egg Rock on Sunday, September 14th. At ~62°F, the water was brisk but beautiful, and the views—starfish, cormorants, and the Rock itself—made some swimmers tell us this was the highlight of their open water season.

We’ll be back bigger and better in 2026! If you missed this one, keep an eye on MOWSA’s schedule and join us next year—as a swimmer, kayaker, or volunteer—for one of our most relaxed and scenic open water adventures (just one of many that MOWSA offers!).
