Peace First

Peace First Peace First is a global nonprofit organization that exists to support young people ages 16-30 Peace First is a global incubator for youth led social change.

We believe every young person - no matter where they come from - should be able to access the resources to make social change, so our programs are free and open to all young people between the ages of 16 and 30. By providing guidance for projects, accelerator grants and regular support to young people who otherwise might not be able to access them, we expand the circle of youth changing the world.

We trust young people as experts facing issues in their communities. We believe in their power to create impactful solutions and we provide global access to training, mentors and funding to turn their ideas into action. More than 30,000 young people from 164 countries have joined our digital platform. And through our global call to action, we have helped to create more than 13,000 youth-led social innovations impacting 100,000’s of people globally. We believe in youth leadership.

65% of our team is made up of young people who are exemplary social change leaders under the age of 26. These leaders are accountable for program delivery in every region of the world - MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, UK/Europe, Asia/Oceania, Latin America, US and Canada. But that’s not it - half of our Board is comprised of young people under the age of 30. Join the movement!

In March 2024, she founded the Preshh BlossomGirls Initiative. In just over a year, 2,000+ girls reached across Osun and Oyo State, improved school attendance, peer-led education programmes, and community training in reusable pad production.

Leadership has no age limit.

After losing two of the most important people in her life to cancer at just 13, Olivia turned grief into purpose by founding Cancer Kids First, now the world’s largest youth-led cancer nonprofit with 43,000+ volunteers across 80 countries.

Built on the idea of “kids helping kids,” CKF has impacted thousands of pediatric cancer patients worldwide through emotional support, advocacy, and community-driven care.

Olivia’s story is a powerful reminder that purpose, compassion, and resilience can create global impact.

Natasha is the founder of BelieveNBooks, a movement born from a simple but powerful realization: too many books on one shelf, and not enough on another.

When she discovered that many children in her own community did not have a single book at home, she decided to act. What started as one book drive has grown into 25 chapters, 125,000 books donated, and more than 45,000 children reached, from local classrooms to partners across Africa.

Her work is rooted in access, dignity, and the belief that every child deserves the tools to learn, grow, and imagine a future beyond their circumstances.
