The most fantastic Al Neuharth Free Spirit and Journalism Conference is taking applications for its FREE week in D.C.
As a way to help students across the United States learn more about the program, John Vitti is hosting two Zooms next week -- Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 8:30 ET and Thursday, Jan. 29, at 7 p.m. ET.
Please invite people to the Zooms so the students learn more about how and why to apply. (And they definitely should apply, as this is a great and FREE week for someone from each state!)

The unique high school sports program by Boston Globe has posted its annual Best of Fall 2025 online gallery .... and you will probably want to check out the many dozens of fantastic photos!
Some 175 students have signed up this fall for the program, which is free for any Massachusetts high school student to participate in.
The Best of Fall photo gallery features images from 40+ students, while showcasing athletes, coaches, cheerleaders, and fans from 60+ schools.
