The Boston EMS Relief Association is deeply concerned and outraged by the assault of several Boston EMS EMTs yesterday.

We are committed to assisting and supporting our brothers and sisters during times of crisis or injury, and we will continue to stand beside them when they need us most.

Like the BPPA-EMS Division, we condemn all acts of violence against EMS. Such violence will not be accepted or tolerated.

The work of EMTs and paramedics is extremely difficult and dangerous. Every day, they courageously put themselves at risk to care for others. They deserve respect, appreciation, and protection—not to be assaulted while doing their jobs.

We are ready to asssit our injured members, their families, and the entire Boston EMS community. Every EMS professional should be able to serve the public and return home safely to their families.

Enough is enough!
Our EMS brothers and sisters deserve better.

Hey All
Just a reminder to our members that this Tuesday, Aug 25 from 10-6 at the union hall is an event sponsored by BPPA-EMS, Boston EMS Foundation, BEMSRA & Peer Support. We have all come together with the addition of some generous donations to have this event to help department families with some back to school supplies.

If you are unable to physically stop by the union hall, just reply to Tatiana’s email and we will set stuff aside.

Today marks 13 years since our sister Juli Nichols passed away. Her spirit and courage will always be remembered. She was the face of adversity and the heat of the battle. She is truly missed.
