Pancreatic cancer expert Harsh Singh, MBBS, discusses a new and promising therapy for this notoriously difficult-to-treat disease. As he tells CBS News, the drug, which targets the cancer-causing gene KRAS, produced survival rates that were nearly twice as high as those seen in patients receiving chemotherapy.
