ICYMI: On Wednesday, we joined Keep Mass Home , Homes for All Mass, and partners from every corner of at the State House to call on the Legislature to protect more than 1 million renters from skyrocketing rent increases before formal session ends.

Families are already stretched thin, and it's not just rent. Tens of thousands of residents have lost SNAP and Medicaid in the past year, with more cuts to the social safety net coming as federal changes take effect. We can't control federal policy, but we CAN provide real relief by stabilizing rents.

Local option rent stabilization gives cities and towns another tool to make sure housing supports health, not undermine it.

Join us in taking action. Call your legislature today and tell them we need rent stabilization now.
