CJP's Women's Philanthropy

CJP's Women's Philanthropy Women's Philanthropy (WP) provides an opportunity for women of all ages to have an impact on their Jewish community.

It creates an outlet for women to put their energy and ideas to work in meaningful ways. Together, we further CJP's mission to improve lives through educational, volunteer and hands-on philanthropic opportunities - because actions speak louder than words.

CJP's Center for Combating Antisemitism continues our commitment to partner with state and local leaders and partners like the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston and ADL New England to ensure a safe environment for all.

We recognize Caroline Dorn, Kasey LeBlanc, and Michael Vonnoh as a CJP volunteers who makes a positive impact in our community.

Caroline, Kasey, and Michael have been nominated as CJP Superstars because they have dedicated so much of their time to ensuring that CJP's LGBTQIA+ offerings are authentic, meaningful, inclusive, and warm conduits for connection. Through their facilitation of our committee meetings to providing important insight on event components, they have truly mastered what it means to be CJP superstars.

Their guidance has been integral throughout the planning process, and they have wholeheartedly spearheaded the creation and implementation of this historic moment for CJP. With their guidance, we have held one extremely successful social event (where we saw a record 43% new participants) and we are currently planning CJP’s first Pride event. It has been an honor to collaborate with Caroline, Kasey, and Michael (and the entire LGBTQIA+ Committee) on something so powerful and our team looks forward to continuing our work together!

That’s a wrap! Thank you to the 125 women who came together with us for our first-ever “Night at the Movies” featuring the film, “Golda!”

“Now more than ever, it is so important to gather as Jewish women and feel the support and strength of each other. We all come from a long line of strong Jewish women, as we [saw] in the movie.” — Erica Weinstein, event Co-chair
