Today marks two months since the Commissioning, though it still feels like yesterday! Thank you all again for joining us and for your merchandise orders and support.

We wanted to give everyone a quick update: at the moment, all merchandise items are currently backordered. We’ve just been informed that stock should be available again in approximately one month. As soon as shipments are ready to go out, we’ll be sure to let everyone know.

Thank you for your patience and understanding — we truly appreciate it!

And if you’re still in Boston, enjoy this beautiful weather! ☀️

This photo of USS Thresher (SSN-593) underway on the surface is our photo for this week in .

Tomorrow will mark 63 years since Thresher's tragic end; on April 10, 1963 Thresher was doing deep-diving tests, along with USS Skylark (ASR-20), off the coast of Massachusetts. The loss of Thresher eventually pushed the U.S. Navy to establish a quality assurance initiative two months later known as the Submarine Safety Program (SUBSAFE) which remains in use today.
