While it's possible, judges often take motions under advisement and issue a written ruling days or weeks later after reviewing the arguments and relevant case law.

Click here to read a local citizen's letter to the Editor of the Cape Cod Chronicle, asking about the Orleans Chamber of Commerce and their recently approved policy (attached) about members ability to access their member benefits. What do you think? Are all advocacy activities being banned from promoting through the Chamber? Is Rock Harbor Truth walking to support the safety of children truly a "contested issue"? Are other organizations who are allowed to promote their events not considered "divisive"?
