Edward W. Brooke, III Educational Foundation The Edward W Brooke, III Educational Foundation is the charitable arm of Epsilon Gamma Lambda Chapter Mission Statement and Purpose - The Edward W.

Brooke, III Educational Foundation is organized and shall be operated solely for the purpose of granting scholarship awards to racial and ethnic minority males who have plans to pursue a baccalaureate degree. The Foundation Shall also be authorized to support other charitable organizations. Goals - we give out scholarships annually and hold fundraisers during each year to raise the funds. Our goal

is to raise at least $10,000.00 each year for scholarship awards. The members of the Foundation and its Officers are all unpaid volunteers who wish is to make young men of high scholarship and character able to afford college.

Save the date - Wednesday September 15th - MV Fundraiser Zoom event with guest speaker Congressman Brother Bobby Scott - 3rd District - Virginia and Chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee. Tickets will be sold on Eventbrite and Facebook starting the week of 8/15/21.

Thank you to everyone that attended our Virtual Fundraiser featuring Brother Roland Martin, and special guests General President of Phi Alpha Fraternity Brother Dr. Everett Ward, General President-Elect Brother Dr. Willis Lonzer III, Eastern Region VP Brother Lucien Metellus, and Eastern Regional AVP Brother Travis Nelson.

Due to your generous donations, we are able to provide scholarships to 3 deserving, young men of color in the Boston area who are entering college during the Fall of 2020.
