The Massachusetts Coalition for the Fair Sentencing of Youth is comprised of non-profit organizations, professional associations and individuals who recognize the developmental differences between teenagers and adults, and are committed to ending the cruel sentence of life without parole on people under 18 in Massachusetts.

We are excited to report that H.1432 - a bill to raise the age of juvenile court jurisdiction to include 17-year-olds in our juvenile system - was officially enacted by both the House and Senate and is on its way to Governor Patrick for signature!
