Nepal is facing devastating floods and landslides, leaving communities grieving, displaced, and searching for loved ones.

Our hearts are with every family affected, the communities navigating unimaginable loss, and the rescue teams working tirelessly to bring people to safety.

In moments like these, we are reminded of the strength of community and the importance of standing together.

Saheli stands in solidarity with the people of Nepal and all those working to keep communities safe. 🤍

May those missing find their way home. May those grieving find strength. And may Nepal find healing in the days ahead.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the right of every person to live with safety, dignity, and authenticity.

Abuse has no gender, and support shouldn’t either.

At Saheli, we stand with and support all survivors of gender-based violence, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, believed, and empowered to live free from violence.

Happy Pride Month. 🏳️‍🌈💜

What a day. 💜

Saheli Conference 2026: Beyond Survival: Safety, Systems & Dignity brought together advocates, service providers, community leaders, students, and changemakers for a powerful day of learning, connection, and action.

From meaningful conversations on survivor-centered advocacy, cultural responsiveness, financial safety, and technology to moments of reflection, inspiration, and community, the day reminded us of what is possible when we come together with a shared purpose.

A heartfelt thank you to our attendees, volunteers, staff and supporters for helping make this conference such a success.

We are especially grateful to Representative Natalie Higgins, Mick Hirsch, Vilma Uribe, Noor Kazmi, Detective Linda Moschner, Dr. Kalyani Krishnan, Rehana Rahman, Jessie Lowell, Phil Scarff, and Jessica Teperow for sharing their expertise, wisdom, and passion with our community.

Thank you for being part of this movement. Together, we continue building a future rooted in safety, dignity, and hope. ✨💜

This May, we’re reminding ourselves and our community that mental health deserves care, compassion, and conversation. 🌸

Healing is not linear. Rest is productive. Asking for help is strength. And you do not have to carry it all alone.

At Saheli, we believe emotional wellbeing is a part of safety, dignity, and healing. 💗

Take a breath. Check in with yourself. Reach out to someone you trust.
You matter more than you think. ✨

We’re honored to welcome Rep Natalie Higgins as the keynote speaker for the Saheli Conference 2026: Beyond Survival: Safety, Systems & Dignity 💚

A lifelong advocate for survivors, Representative Higgins brings both frontline crisis counseling experience and powerful policy leadership to the conversation around domestic violence, survivor safety, and systems change.
