In this highly participatory virtual, 3-hour anti-racism session, Anti-Racism 4REALS facilitators will provide ACTION-NOW Learning Engagements focused on REAL Talk with REAL Strategies in REAL Time for REAL Change for Business Leaders. Learn to differentiate between REAL Talk and just more talk, how to interrupt racism in REAL Time, and use effective accountability structures to enact REAL Change. Participants will leave with over 25 anti-racism strategies and have learned the skills necessary to employ them.

We’re off to a great start in Indiana at our 2024 annual conference – Grappling with Power: Dismantling & Rebuilding the Shared Principles that Sustain Our Work. Our guest speakers at today’s opening lunch were from TransSolutions Research & Resource Center here in Indianapolis.

In the face of a “Trans Ban” in Indiana, Trans Solutions is working locally, regionally and nationally to protect Trans people and regain their civil rights. Trans Solutions is continuing to show up for trans youth so they can grow up happy, healthy and valued in their communities. We are deeply grateful to have them join us today and help kick-off Grappling With Power!

For the past several years, the not-for-profit sector and the capacity-building community have been grappling with power.
