Are You Interested in a Support Group for Families Facing Addiction?
I’m reaching out to see if there’s interest in creating a virtual support group called “The Silence is Loud.” This group would be a safe place not only for families who care about loved ones struggling with substance use but also for those who feel disconnected and worry about their loved ones, unsure of where they are or what they are facing. Having my son missing and not knowing where he was sometimes and then losing him due to substance use, I understand the challenges, fears, and feelings of isolation that many of us endure.
The phrase "the silence is loud" captures the overwhelming emotions of uncertainty and grief that can accompany these experiences. If you resonate with this, I would love to hear from you! This group aims to offer support, share resources, and foster connection among families navigating similar paths.
Your feedback is essential! Would you be interested in joining a group like this? Comment below or send me a message if you think this could be helpful for you or someone you know.
Together, we can create a community where no one feels alone.
