IRLP New England Reflector

IRLP New England Reflector Welcome to the IRLP New England Reflector (9120-9129)! The New England Reflector has ten channels which are free of charge to all licensed amateur operators.

It was installed on March 3, 2006 by IRLP system designer Dave Cameron (VE7LTD). The reflector is owned and operated by three amateur operators; Brian Freeman (K1SOX), Richard J. Cabral (W1RJC) and Robert D. Macedo (KD1CY).

Tuesdays are "220 Day" and Thursdays are "900 Day" in New England. Connect your local 220 MHz or 900 MHz repeater to NEAR-220 (9124) or NEAR-900 (9125) respectfully and generate some activity!

The annual Christmas Eve Net will be held on Saturday, December 24th, 9:00pm local time on both the New England Gateway Primary & Secondary Channels, 9123 & 9127 on IRLP and EchoLink! The net is held each year on Christmas Eve courtesy of the TIPSnet managers John, N1IWT and Anne K1STM. Be one of the dozens of amateurs that will check in and share season's greetings, or a simple thought or two for the holidays. All amateurs are warmly welcome to join in. If you have young ones in the shack, be sure to monitor the net closely, as a very special visitor always checks in (aeronautical mobile) from somewhere over the Atlantic!

TIPSnet returns from summer break on Tuesday, 9/13/2011. TIPSnet can be heard every Tuesday evening, 7:30pm on the New England Gateway Secondary Channel, 9127 on IRLP and EchoLink.
