Mission Statement
We exist to make gig workers visible, valued, and equipped to thrive. From Uber and Lyft drivers to delivery workers and freelancers, we champion the people who keep our communities moving but are too often left out of the story. Our mission is to uplift Black, Brown, and immigrant gig workers through advocacy, research, and opportunity; exposing both the promise and the price of
gig work while building real pathways to stability and growth. We believe in turning skills into power: training workers for better jobs, fair pay, and futures that reflect their worth. We also invest in the next generation, the children of gig workers, so they can rise with access to digital skills, leadership training, and the confidence to shape the world ahead. This is more than work; it’s a movement to rewrite what equity looks like in the new economy. We’re here to raise voices, shift systems, and open doors for every driver, every freelancer, every family.
