Shout out to our 100th fan Pierre Claudia! Thank you everyone for the support and helping us spread the love with our brick ovens!
Tonight we will be at Public Kitchen's community cook off & feast at The Food Project's Dudley Greenhouse from 6pm-8pm.
Always an occasion of good company and good food. In addition to the cook off, we will be firing up the oven to make brick oven pizzas, and there is a fermentation demonstration scheduled to happen!
