Skills learned at The Loop Lab can take you beyond the program.

Rafi brought the technical skills he developed at The Loop Lab to a commercial set through his work with Sweet Rickey. Because of the hands-on experience he gained, he was able to step onto set and pick up what was happening around him.

That’s the power of real-world experience. 🎥

We’re less than three weeks away from Loop Dreams 2026. Come celebrate the young creatives turning their skills into opportunities.

The talent is there. The resources aren’t always.

Damien knows firsthand. When he came to The Loop Lab, he didn’t have a laptop of his own. The Loop Lab gave him access to a laptop, cameras, audio equipment and the space to create.

There’s so much talent out there. The Loop Lab is the resource that helps bring it forward.

Come celebrate that impact at Loop Dreams 2026.

At The Loop Lab, we’re focused on removing the barriers that can stand between young people and success, while creating real pathways into creative careers.

That’s what we’ll be celebrating at Loop Dreams this year: the students, the community, and the people helping make those pathways possible.

That’s a wrap on an amazing summer with MSYEP | Youth Employment Center | Next Up Program! 🎬

This summer, Cambridge youth joined us at The Loop Lab for hands-on learning in creative media and production. From working with equipment to learning new production skills, students had the chance to learn by doing, get creative, and explore what a future in the creative technology industry could look like.

We’re proud of everything they learned, created, and accomplished this summer. Here’s to the next generation of creators! 👏🏽

Still riding the high from graduation. 🎓✨

We’re celebrating Cohorts 8, 9 & 10 and the growth, creativity, hard work, and everything they brought to The Loop Lab along the way.

A huge thank you to Paris Alston of GBH News’ Rooted for hosting such a special evening and helping us celebrate this incredible milestone with our apprentices, families, partners, and community.

We also shared some exciting news at graduation: The Loop Lab is partnering with Roxbury Community College Roxbury Community College to launch new pathways through FORGE, creating even more opportunities for young people to build skills and careers in the creative workforce.

And we’re not slowing down. New cohorts kick off next week, bringing a new group of apprentices, new ideas, and a whole new chapter to look forward to.

Celebrating how far we’ve come and getting excited for what’s next. 🚀

🚨 BIG NEWS! 🚨 The Loop Lab is once again a Registered Apprenticeship Program in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts!

But what does that actually mean?

Registered Apprenticeship is a proven workforce model that combines paid, hands on experience, industry-aligned training, mentorship, and career development within a program that meets standards recognized by the Commonwealth.

For our apprentices, this means stronger pathways to build skills, gain real-world experience, and prepare for careers.

For employers, it means new opportunities to connect with emerging talent and help shape the workforce of tomorrow.

And for our communities, it means investing in accessible pathways to meaningful careers.

This isn't just a designation. It's a milestone and a launchpad for what's next.

We're proud to be back. And we're just getting started. 🚀
