We want to make powerlifting and weightlifting accessible to all.

We are a 501c3 organization working to increase the exposure and participation of underserved youth and adults in strength sports through training, information access, & financial support.

A huge thank you to this mighty group of volunteers from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts for their work here during ! They helped us lay down flooring, completely reorganized our storage area, and did a deep clean of the gym including vacuuming, mopping and wiping down equipment from top to bottom. It’s so much easier to find things in our back room, and the gym looks fabulous. We are so grateful for this partnership! 💙🧡

We had such a great time with Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program and Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Ctr this past weekend, introducing local veterans to powerlifting and the benefits of strength training for their health and wellness goals.

This program was made possible by Home Base’s Adventure Series. The Adventure Series offers free events for Veterans, Service Members, and their Families in the New England region.

Thank you all for spending the afternoon with us. And thank you for your service to our country!

We hope to see you all again soon.

We had ourselves a fun Saturday, hosting some strong local high school lifters in a mock competition! We love seeing youth get involved in strength sports. Great work today guys, hope to see you again soon 🙌🏾
