Today we recognize Gold Star Spouses Day, established by Congress in 2010 to honor the spouses of fallen service members. Their sacrifice is profound and their resilience is inspiring. I am proud to stand with Commissioner Santiago, Councilor Flynn, and the Department of Veteran Services in supporting our Gold Star spouses. ⭐️
