Early bird tickets for the RUFF Annual Fall Fundraiser are out now on our website! We’re so excited for a night of dancing and dining with our neighbors 🍾

This is a humans-only event, sorry party pups! Both levels of the Prince St. Dog Park will be closed for play during the event.

Cleaning alert! Please use Richmond St. Dog Run tomorrow during 9am-1pm while the Prince St. Park turf is being cleaned. Both upper and lower Prince St. Parks will be closed during this time.

Important🚨A television crew will be filming in the DeFilippo Playground basketball court on 8/3-8/5. They’ve requested RUFF close both the upper and lower parks from 6am-11am on Tuesday 8/4.

When accessing the parks throughout 8/3-8/5, please be respectful of the TV crew. Keep your dog on leash until you reach the park gates out of safety for your dog around unfamiliar people and equipment.

The Richmond Street park will be open as usual for your morning exercise. Please remember that the waterfront parks are not for off leash dog use.

Prepping for the Fourth parties this weekend? Don’t forget to prep your pets!

Dogs aren’t the best accessory for fireworks shows. Leave them at home for their safety and comfort.

Be mindful of the human food your dogs eat (or steal) that might upset their stomachs. Keep them away from sparklers and glow sticks.

The east coast is facing a heat wave, so keep paws off of hot pavement, have plentiful water on hand, and never leave a dog in a car on a hot day for any amount of time. Pup cup, anyone? 🍨

We are so thankful for these donated chairs for the Prince St Park! Our wonderful friend Daria gifted them in memory of North End neighbor Janine’s dog Sandy. We hope the chairs serve as a reminder of the beloved dogs who have made this park so special since 2017. To endless games of fetch 🧡🐾💙

(Please be gentle with sitting on and moving the chairs! We want them to stay in the best condition for our community.)

In this neighborhood of brick and concrete, RUFF’s goal is to provide dogs their own spaces to play and relieve themselves.

While you can’t always control where your dog goes, please be considerate and prevent your dogs from peeing or p**ping on garden beds, potted plants, and private entryways to businesses and residences.

We also discourage people from bringing their dogs to Langone Park and Puopolo fields, on which athletes of all ages play. Dog p**p and cleats are a messy mix!

Dogs are also not welcome on the fields and playgrounds at DeFilippo Playground. Kids with pet allergies shouldn’t risk reactions.

Keeping the North End clean is a full community effort! Thank you for cleaning up and keeping your walks & playtime respectful.
