LBFE Boston's social, tech, and arts programs alleviate social isolation and loneliness and help low-income older adults age in community.

Since 1979 LBFE Boston's mission has been to help relieve isolation and loneliness among low-income older Bostonians. By connecting residents of affordable & public housing with local college students, we facilitate lasting intergenerational friendships through weekly social, educational, creative, and technology programs. Opportunities for volunteers to share their leadership skills, talents, and expertise with our organization through membership on our Board of Directors and Committees: Fundraising/Development and Communications.
