A recent Supreme Court ruling allows the current administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 350,000 Haitians, including approximately 85,000 children. The decision also creates uncertainty for hundreds of thousands of Haitians living in the United States under humanitarian parole.
For many families, this ruling brings the possibility of separation, displacement, and an uncertain future at a time when Haiti continues to face extraordinary challenges.
