How our Management Services Organization Works!

Our MSO was created in response to feedback from our FQHC partners and at the request of our Board of Directors.

FQHCs face increasing financial and operational demands to maintain high-quality and accessible care. To address these challenges, our MSO provides centralized services and group purchasing solutions that support day-to-day operations. Our offerings are designed to help our affiliated FQHCs perform administrative, operational, management, and other functions more effectively, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

The MSO focuses on practical priorities, including increasing value-based care revenue and strengthening operations, clinical services, and AI/IT infrastructure. FQHCs can select the services that best meet their needs. Our services are structured to be flexible. We fully understand that the needs for one FQHC may be different from the needs of another. That is why we created this opportunity!

We initially launched MSO services for Massachusetts FQHCs, building on our longstanding support model. Based on our recent launch, select offerings are now available to all our FQHC members who are part of our ACO throughout the United States.

As needs evolve, we will continue to enhance our services based on FQHC feedback and changes in the healthcare landscape.

We hope you will participate in upcoming webinars we will be hosting that will highlight the benefits you will derive through your participation in the MSO!

Cybersecurity Partnership to Secure Patient Data, Protect Critical Systems, and Meet Regulatory Obligations 🚨

C3 is happy to announce we have secured services for cybersecurity assessments for our partners as part of our shared services and group contracting development!

It is no secret that FQHC’s operate with limited resources and cannot afford any kind of business disruption because of a cybersecurity incident. The unfortunate truth is that despite the serious threats posed to healthcare organizations of all sizes from a dynamic threat environment, many incidents are the result of inattention or accidental behavior.

Cybersecurity is not a one-size-fits-all proposition and organizational needs will vary from one environment to another. A thorough cybersecurity assessment helps identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps within networks, applications, and devices before they can be exploited.

By proactively evaluating risks and implementing necessary controls, FQHCs can strengthen their defenses against data breaches, ransomware attacks, and service disruptions, and ensure the continuity of essential healthcare services. Moreover, regular assessments support compliance with HIPAA and HRSA requirements, enhance patient trust, and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.

We have partnered with Deer Brook to introduce a flexible, scalable engagement model focused on programming maturity. Foundational compliance obligations drive a baseline investment of time, resources, and effort for cybersecurity enhancements; however, FQHCs may consider a more comprehensive approach towards cybersecurity program maturity and risk mitigation. FQHCs can benefit from customizable service packages and discounts that are available to our member health centers.
