Startup Boston Startup Boston is the front door to the New England startup ecosystem. Our flagship event is Startup Boston Week.

Startup Boston is a volunteer-driven organization on a mission to connect, educate, and celebrate the startup ecosystem. A free, 5-day event in September that provides free workshops, panels, presentations, and networking activities for the entire startup community. This includes founders, startup employees, mentors and advisors, students, investors, and startup curious folks.

That's exactly why we built the Early-Stage Founder Track for Startup Boston Week 2026 (September 14–18).

Hot take: the best Startup Boston Week sessions are usually not the ones with the flashiest titles 👀

(Although yes…we absolutely love a cheeky session name.)

The sessions people actually remember are the ones where somebody gets on stage and says:

Another Cofounder Matching in the books 👀

One of our favorite things about these events is watching people walk in nervous…then 20 minutes later they’re deep in conversation sketching startup ideas, talking through problems, and swapping LinkedIns like they’ve known each other for years.

Some attendees came with startup ideas.
Some came looking to join something from the ground floor.
Some just knew they wanted to build something.

And honestly? That mix always creates magic.

Huge shout out to Industrious for hosting us and to everyone who showed up open-minded and willing to put themselves out there.
