Stravinsky’s Overture to the Pulcinella suite, arranged for oboe trio! Based on the neoclassical ballet inspired by Neapolitan composer Pergolesi, Jean Oelrich arranged this suite for two oboes and English horn. Say hello to our two new oboists and future Pro Musica leaders, Hannah and Kristen Chun!

As you enjoy this holiday, we encourage you to give thanks to what you are grateful for and stay conscious of the growing hunger problem in this country, especially because of COVID-19. Hi everyone, the amazing , along with Crystal Huang and Agnes Shen, founded a music mentorship program that connects high school/college mentors with aspiring young musicians. According to Gaeun, “Not only does it strengthen the musicality of both the mentee and mentor, but it also creates a sense of companionship that wouldn't otherwise be possible due to the pandemic limiting communication and social interaction in general.”

Currently, their program has over 140 mentor and mentee applicants, and they are looking for more mentors! Please check out their Instagram and click on the link in their bio to apply!! This is an incredible opportunity for serious high school/college musicians to hone their teaching and musical skills, as well as provide some much-needed benefit to the community. Thank you!
