*Important update*

Because of you, our mission will carry on with the Fallon Finegan Memorial Scholarship. It's bittersweet for us to announce but we have made the challenging decision to close the doors on The Hearts for Hope Foundation. With this difficult decision, we have made the commitment to focus our efforts on the Fallon Finegan Memorial Scholarship. The foundation will continue to honor Fallon's memory, grant Mansfield High School graduating seniors and students with cystic fibrosis from Boston Children's Hospital with a scholarship.

Thank you for all of your continued support throughout the years. From galas to road races, we couldn’t have done it without you. We hope that you will continue to support us in giving back to the CF community and beyond. Stay tuned for future updates from The Fallon Finegan Memorial Scholarship!
