While we’re disappointed that we can’t be together at Douglas State Park today, we’re already looking forward to bringing this Summer TAG tradition back next year! 💙☀️

🌧️ TAG Family Lake Day Update

After keeping an eye on the weather, we've made the difficult decision to cancel TAG Family Lake Day due to weather conditions.

While we're disappointed that we won't be able to spend the day together at Douglas State Park, we're so grateful for everyone who was excited to join us and help us bring back this special Summer TAG tradition. 💙

We will absolutely bring back TAG Family Lake Day next summer! We can't wait to continue this tradition and create new memories with our TAG family.

Until then, we hope to see you all very soon! 🥰

A Summer TAG Tradition Is BACK! 🌊💙

Some of our favorite Summer TAG memories were made at Douglas State Park—a day at the lake, playing games, swimming, eating together, and spending time with the TAG family.

We're bringing that tradition back! 🎉

Join us for TAG Family Lake Day on Saturday, August 22 at Douglas State Park!

Come for the whole day or just stop by for a little while. Swim, hike, play games, relax by the lake, reconnect with old friends, and make new memories with TAG alumni, families, students, mentors, and friends.

Unveiling our NEW look!

TAG logos have always been shaped by our incredible student leaders—and this new chapter is no different! We are proud to unveil our official new logo—conceived by TAG student leader Elysse Mejia (O'Bryant Class of 2026) and brought to life through our community’s shared vision.

The Meaning Behind the Design:
- Cultural Influence: Drawing inspiration from Talavera tile artistry as well as African & Native motifs, honoring our rich ancestral roots.
- The Rising Sun: Symbolizing growth, potential, and continuous new beginnings.
- The Regal Crown: Positioned above the lettering to honor the innate excellence, leadership, and brilliance within every mind.
