The Council is headquartered in Boston, MA, and also has a fully-staffed office in Washington, D.C.

John talks about Amego’s client-centered approach to supporting people with autism and other developmental disabilities, why family involvement matters in care, and how the organization is putting technology, including AI, to work for the people it serves. We’re excited to introduce Eliza Dushku Palandjian, one of our 2026 New Englanders of the Year! 🏆

A Massachusetts native and Lesley University grad, Eliza returned home after a career in film and TV to pursue a path of service and healing. Today, she’s a Mental Health Counselor at Home Base, supporting Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families 🇺🇸 Through her philanthropy, she’s also helped expand mental health and substance use care, including the Dushku-Palandjian Bridge Clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital 💙

Jeni joins the New England Council pursuing her Master of International Affairs at The Fletcher School, concentrating in International Economics and International Security. She earned her B.S. in Political Communication from Emerson College.

At NEC, Jeni will work directly with Director of Communications Ashley Lokken across our communications and policy work. Welcome to the team, Jeni!
