Important article by Barbara Moran WBUR 90.9 FM on the need to tackly PFAS contamination and pass the Rep Kate Hogan & Sen. Julian Cyr PFAS bill. 176 public water systems in 99 cities and towns have already exceeded the legal limit for these forever chemicals. We can't afford delay.

More than a dozen states already ban PFAS in some consumer products. Research has linked the toxic "forever chemicals" to health problems including kidney cancer. But some business groups warn the sweeping Massachusetts proposal could be costly and impractical.
