The Toxic Free Kids bill would ban toxic chemicals known to be getting into children's bodies from being put in children's products.

Newborn babies deserve a healthy start free of toxic found in . Phthalates are linked to developmental, reproductive, and immune harm.

To protect health, we need government and corporate policies that reduce the use of toxic plastics and dangerous chemical additives like phthalates!

Hmm, what to have for dinner? PFAS?

The polluting our water don’t just harm wildlife—they end up on our plates.

PFAS build up in the food web, moving from tiny aquatic organisms to fish, wildlife, and ultimately people. When PFAS in products contaminate our environment, they contaminate our food, too.

The study makes the case for banning the entire class of PFAS: it found that PFAS chemicals like F-53B, used to make machine parts, showed the highest average increase at around three-fold from prey to predator. F-53B was promoted as a less toxic alternative, but it is now building up in the food chain at an even greater rate than its predecessor.

To protect our health, wildlife, and the food we eat, we must ban all PFAS!

This year, at least 33 states are stepping up to consider policies to restrict and other toxic chemicals. It's time for MA to pass a strong PFAS bill and get toxic chemicals out of children's products.
