Nubian Markets in Roxbury is the sixth neighborhood grocer in Boston to join the program that provides discounts on fresh fruits and vegetables to income-eligible residents.

Our 2025 Family Day was a great success, with over 100 people in attendance! Families enjoyed the Boston Fire Dept. truck, food from Great Choice Catering, cool water from Boston Water and Sewer, and ice cream from the BPD Ice Cream Truck. Kids had a blast with a face painter and balloon artist, while everyone took part in raffles and giveaways and received resources from our community partners — ABCD, Nuevo Día, UnitedHealthcare, National Grid, and CBES. A big thank-you to the Winn Mgt. team for their amazing support!
