Peace Through Play

Peace Through Play Peace through Play offers college students the opportunity to positively impact youth in Boston K-8 schools.

Using games as an interactive teaching method, youth are empowered with skills to change their lives, communities, and one day, the world. Peace through Play is 140 member student-run organization founded and based at Northeastern University. We promote a culture of peace through students empowering students. Our volunteers partner with six local schools in the Roxbury, Dorchester, and Cambridge c

ommunities to support the Kindergarten through 8th grade children with recess and after-school programming. The games and crafts we bring to the schools serve as teaching methods for such vital themes as community, self-awareness and respect. Please get in touch through [email protected].
