Today we say “see you soon” to our fabulous Orientation Intern, Emily Fisher. Emily joined the CCL in May as our NODA Orientation Intern for the summer and she quickly became an invaluable member of the team. Her kind, bubbly demeanor made her a to all, and she especially shined while helping our OLs and TLs develop their leadership skills as they welcomed the newest Cardinals to MCPHS in June. Additionally, Emily took on the role of developing in-depth assessment of our orientation training and programs. Her attention to detail and thorough work will be greatly missed.
For those who did not get the chance to meet Emily this summer, learn a little more about her here: “Hi! My name is Emily Fisher and I am from Fort Myers, Florida. I attended Florida State for undergrad where I received a degree in Biology! While at FSU, I was involved with the Residence Hall Association, Living Learning Communities, and a Desk Assistant, which all made me really passionate about student success and leadership development! Now I am at Clemson University where I am earning a master’s in student affairs and will be graduating in May 2027. At Clemson, I work with Clemson Home as a Graduate Community Director. This Spring, I interned with Clemson’s Center for Student Leadership and Engagement and in the Fall, I will be interning with Furman University’s Student Conduct office. In my free time, I really enjoyed college football (Go Noles and Tigers of course!), my cat, coloring, reading, and going for walks! I am so excited to be at MCPHS and get to work with Orientation. I am eager to keep learning more about the school and Boston area! Always happy to connect or open to any advice! Go Cardinals!”
Emily made the most of her summer in Boston, enjoying Red Sox games, the Noah Kahan concert, museums, and more. We will miss her on the team so much, but know she will do many amazing things as she finishes grad school and in the years to come. Emily, you’ll always have a home at MCPHS and in the CCL ❤️🪩🌆
