📣 Fatherly Justice Association Update

Today we met with House Representative Rob Consalvo and House Representative Christopher Worrell, who represent communities across Roxbury, Dorchester, Hyde Park, and Roslindale. We want to sincerely thank them for taking the time to meet with us, listen to our concerns, and discuss the urgent need to modernize child support laws in Massachusetts.

Our conversation focused on House Bill H.2053 – “An Act Modernizing Child Support.” We highlighted the importance of:

• Fair support for incarcerated parents
• Ending harmful license suspensions
• Annual transparency reporting
• Strengthening two‑parent families and co‑parenting

Now we need everyone’s help to move this bill out of study before the end of the legislative session.

Families, fathers, mothers, grandparents, and community members are invited to stand together and make their voices heard.

We believe every child deserves a safe, healthy, and meaningful relationship with both parents whenever possible. We are calling for transparency, accountability, fairness, and family-centered decisions within the family court system.
