JOIN US FOR RIDE WITH FAMILY MOVEMENT!

We are back with our 2nd partnership with to ride with our families, partners, and supporters this Saturday, July 11th, 10AM, from Blue Bikes on Seaver Street at Franklin Park.

Join us as we raise funds toward our Building Capital Campaign. In partnership with MTK Development, we are building 18-condos and our first brick and mortar in the Dorchester (Grove Hall area).

This community space will be used for Pillar of Success workshops for current and prospective community and neighbors. We will be a one-stop-shop to assist families with tools and connect them with experts, and resources to help build stabilization and self-sufficiency as they transition from homelessness to homeownership.

February is a time to celebrate the legacy, resilience, and impact of Black Americans — past and present. While it is just one month on the calendar, the history (and the excellence) is year-round.

As a BIPOC-led organization serving a community that is 86% BIPOC, we’re proud to continue building on that legacy every day.

This month we are highlighting Zipporah Potter Atkins.
Fun fact: She was born free in Boston in 1645 and went on to purchase property in the North End in 1670 — holding it for nearly 30 years before selling it for a profit.

History. Ownership. Legacy.
