Last night marked SCIJ's first-ever Neighborhood Gathering, an event hosted by members of the SCIJ community that bring together friends, colleagues, neighbors, and family to build authentic relationships, share a meal, take collective action, and strengthen the movement for immigrant justice. A "neighborhood" includes any community you belong to, from your workplace, campus, faith community, friend group, or block.

✨ You could feel the energy in the air as the beautiful The Philanthropy Connection community came together for its annual awards ceremony. This is one of our favorite events every year because TPC represents what being a partner, not just a donor, really means. Huge victories in Rhode Island today with the 364 Day Bill, Protect Our Courts Bill, and ICE Mask Ban Bill all passing both the House and Senate! Thank you to the Immigrant Coalition of Rhode Island partners for leading this charge and making this a reality. Tomorrow looks a little bit brighter
