My best PR/PB for all Marathons and a qualifying time for Boston Marathon for my age group.

Thank you so much for all the support. I am truly humbled. I want to give a special shout out to Justin Melloni and my wife, Shirley Ansley for going above and beyond to support me. Justin bravely supported from day 1 and joined in my push-up challenges and my wife sacrificed her time on many occasions.

I am feeling strong and ready for the Boston Marathon. The last two weeks have been dedicated to physical therapy to fix a problem resulting in pain with my right knee. Happily, the work has been paying off!!!

On another note, my charity fund is at 102%. I’m so grateful of my supporters on this front. I, however, encourage those who can to donate. I’ve been to Lahey for the past several months and they are so short staffed they are using relief from the national guard to augment staff. Please hellp if you can. Thank you! 🙏

We’re are so close to 7k, and the target of 8500. With 70ish days to go to the Boston marathon, we need to dig deep and finish off this home stretch . I’m calling on those of you who can share this fundraiser with your connections, family and friends.

Why is this important? I’ve been to the hospital (Lahey) 4 times in the last month. Hospitals are in dire situations that they are using national guard to fill in they staffing gaps. I can tell you Lahey is no different. They do not have enough medical professionals, which is leading to delays and overwhelming they’re already tied workers.
