At Abundantly Funded Minds, our work is rooted in wHealthy Living— the intentional practice of discovering and embodying a rhythm across mental, spiritual, and physical health. At its core, it prioritizes the healing and prevention of trauma — particularly financial and systemic.
We’re currently forming a curriculum committee to guide our trauma-informed, culturally affirming programming.
Our goal? To equip individuals, families, and communities with more than just financial literacy—we’re building a toolkit for agency, discernment, and transformation.
This curriculum will weave together:
Relevant policy education so participants understand how systems were designed and their impacts—and how to navigate or transform them
Neuroscience and spiritual wisdom that help decode behaviors and support emotional regulation and interdependency
Financial skills to navigate the current systems while building long-term SUSTAINABLE wealth
All wrapped in culturally affirming and locally rooted stories that reflect the lived experiences of our communities
We’re looking for thought partners, practitioners, and orgs to help shape this with care through our curriculum committe.
If this resonates, we'd love to connect.
