Last Friday, we officially launched EdQuity Boston Pilot Program. A community-driven investment initiative designed to help reimagine how resources flow to Boston Public Schools.

Now comes the most important part: Listening.

Before investments are made.
Before funding is distributed.

We want to hear directly from students, families, educators, and community members.

Because those closest to the work should help shape the future.

On Friday, May 29th, something powerful happened in Boston, and to everyone who shared space with us, thank you.

Thank you for bringing your experiences, your questions, and your commitment to Boston's young people. Thank you for believing that those closest to the work should have a role in shaping how resources are invested in our schools.

We celebrated leaders, amplified student voices, honored Trailblazer Dart Adams, announced the EdQuity Boston Pilot, and took another step toward building a future where opportunity is informed by community, partnership, and shared responsibility.

The conversations don't end here. In many ways, they're just beginning.

We're grateful to everyone who joined us and look forward to continuing this journey.

One of the most important people in the room at the Voices of EdQuity Breakfast is the young person quietly taking it all in.

When you join us on Friday, introduce yourself to a young person. Get to know them. Encourage them.

We created this space so students can see themselves reflected in rooms of leadership, collaboration, and possibility.

Opportunity starts with a single conversation.
