💥 May 5 - House History w/ SavThaiSoul & Psycho (Circle Children)
Veterans of the house dance community, SavThaiSoul and Psycho of Circle Children, will be sharing their experiences from being in the clubs in the 90’s to rocking the floors present day.

💥 May 12 - House Fundamentals w/ Mckersin
Up your basics with Mckersin as he expands on foundational movements and grooves within house.

💥 May 19 - Exploring Floor work w/ Saturn
A beginner friendly workshop to explore floor work movement through a house dance lens.

💥 May 26 - House Guided Session w/ Mckersin & Saturn
A guided session with two experienced cultural practitioners. Expect individual time to review concepts from previous workshops, tailored feedback, and open ended time to explore in an informal session-based approach.

🗓️ April 7 - Shapes & Foundations w/ RONIN
Learn krump foundations with proper context, and how shapes can help define those foundations’ forms in your dance
🗓️ April 14 - Cadence & Round Structure w/ KUNAI
Review foundations of krump, and learn how changing the rhythm of your movement and how you formulate your round can help you better express yourself diversify your flow

🗓️ April 21 - Moving With Intention w/ S!CK
Taking your foundation and giving purpose to your movement as you move through the music.

🗓️ April 28 - Open Krump Lab
An open session to review, session, ask questions, and share space.

With the “Bring Back The Funk 2” Popping competition happening on March 21st & 22nd, we’re taking a dive into Popping for the entire month of March!

💥 Mar 3 - Animation & Timing w/ Ghost of the Machine ()
A beginner-friendly class focusing on the dimestop, how it’s applied, and understanding the importance of timing in animation.

💥 Mar 10 - Battle Tactics & Strategy w/
This workshop will offer tips and tricks to navigating the battlefield. There will be a small competition at the end of class; winner gets free entry to Bring Back the Funk 2 weekend (Mar 21 & 22).

💥 Mar 17 - Guided Session w/ .popz &
A guided session with two experienced cultural practitioners. Expect individual time to build with each of these two, tailored feedback, in an informal session-based approach.

💥 Mar 24 - Flipping the Script: Adapting Your Foundations w/ &
Learn how to be comfortable within your skill level, and how to carry your foundations in the cypher and in a battle.

💥 Mar 31 - Popping & Fundamental History w/ &
Learn the history behind important foundational movements in popping from two legendary figures in MA street and club dance history.

Swing by our first collaborative workshop series with the for their 4th annual Foundry Festival! As part of the week long festivities, this series and all programs are FREE & OPEN to all ages and skill level. This year’s festival theme is Pathways. Chart a personal journey, learn a new skill, uplift others along theirs, and create intersections across art, culture, and community!

We’re kicking off the first Saturday with a PACKED schedule of workshops starting at 11am to an open session to wrap up the day. If you’ve been wanting to explore a range of dance forms, you don’t want to miss any of these educators.
