There’s a new option for graduates of the Community College of Vermont (CCV) who are looking to transfer to a 4-year institution in Vermont and save both time and money on their college degree.

Four Vermont colleges and universities have committed to simplify transfer for students -- Champlain College (including Champlain College Online), Norwich University, Saint Michael's College and Vermont State University have joined the New England Transfer Guarantee, a program of the New England Board of Higher Education. Interested students should visit the student portal https://lnkd.in/e5wvJSnw to view eligible major offerings at each institution.

Students equipped with an associate degree from CCV and who meet the required grade point average are guaranteed admission and transfer of credits at the 4-year institution they choose. They enter their transfer destination as a junior and the application fee and personal essay requirement are waived. https://ccv.edu/academics/transfer-from-ccv/vermont-transfer-guarantee/

The Vermont Guarantee is a partnership agreement between the Community College of Vermont and participating colleges and universities in the state. Students interested in transferring to a participating institution can …
