Harborview Residents Committee, Inc. - HRCI Harborview Residents Committee, Inc provides Quincy Housing Authority residents with opportunities

The Harborview Residents Committee (HRCI) is the authority wide resident board representing families living in Snug Harbor, Riverview and West Acres. The role of HRCI is to improve the quality of life and resident satisfaction and participate in the self-help initiates that enable residents to create a positive living environment for families living in public housing. Resident boards actively participate through a working partnership with the housing authority to advise and assist in all aspects of public housing operations. Further the Harborview Residents Committee fosters communication between residents, the Quincy Housing Authority, and public and private institutions and agencies, represents the residents in the planning and review of programs to be implemented, provides opportunity for residents to participate in programs, works together with the Authority to provide opportunity for joint resolution regarding area needs, and fosters communication between residents and the housing authority.

Share Your Glad Tidings Memories!

The Harborview Residents Committee Inc. is helping celebrate Glad Tidings Church's 100th Anniversary, and we invite current and former Germantown residents to participate.

As Glad Tidings Church celebrates its 100th anniversary in Quincy, we are gathering stories and memories of its longstanding impact on the Germantown community. Since launching its van ministry to Germantown in 1974, Glad Tidings has touched the lives of many individuals and families through worship, outreach programs, community events, and special traditions such as the PJ and Easter Events!

If Glad Tidings has been meaningful to you or your family, we would love to hear your story. Your contribution can be:

-A short quote or personal reflection
-Photos
-A brief video message
-A simple "Happy 100th Anniversary" greeting

Help us celebrate the lasting connection between Glad Tidings and the Germantown community.

Please email your submissions by October 16 to Christina at [email protected]

The Harborview Residents Committee, Inc. - HRCI wants your feedback!
This link will always stay active. We have heard complaints from residents about QHA staff and outside contractors. Now we are giving you a way to report how you were treated. We all want to be treated with RESPECT.
We not only want to hear the bad, but we also want to hear the good too!
