Hi Everyone, I hope you are staying safe in the snowstorm! Many members of our community recently have requested resources on forms of various emotional and psychological abuse. These are super important to learn about in order to recognize red flags and patterns and ultimate stay safe. For those who are interested in learning more, here is an informational video by Dr. Ramani on narcissistic abuse, and signs you may have experienced it.
